- Clustered at the fourth leucocyte typing workshop to designation CD59. 3H1592 reacts with CD59 transfectants. It enhances antibody-mediated lysis by homologous complement and reacts with GPI-linked antigen of 18-20kD size which is broadly expressed on human leucocytes and erythrocytes. Putative ligand for CD2.
